Each Company associated with The Handyman Group™ is either a Franchise, Licensee or independent operator. Whilst being part of a nationwide network they are expected to operate within strict quality controls designed to protect you the service user. Although the operators run their 'own show', they are part of a much larger organisation that provides a code of best practice covering all areas of work offered within the network.
We gain much pleasure in facilitating the finest services and take the greatest care with all those associated with us. Although complex in nature, our role where you the "end-user" are concerned is principally that of a facilitator. In essence, we match a myriad needs to available resources. Contractually your arrangement is with the operator whose services you accept. Responsibility and/or liability remains with them and although we cannot be held liable you can rest assured that should there ever be a cause for concern or complaint we offer a full investigation and arbitration service. |
